Executive Director, MN Fringe

Minnesota Fringe is seeking an Executive Director to lead one of the Midwest’s most dynamic performing arts organizations and the producer of the largest performing arts festival in the region. This role guides organizational strategy, ensures financial sustainability, and leads fundraising, while supporting the staff who implement Minnesota Fringe's mission. You'll activate and collaborate with multiple diverse stakeholder groups that make the festival and other programming possible.

The ideal candidate brings nonprofit leadership experience, strong financial management skills, and a proven fundraising track record. If you thrive wearing multiple hats and have the operational chops to support an ambitious vision and beloved mission, this is the job for you!
