With a dose of rom-com mixed with darkly satirical song snippets and poignant gun culture commentary, this show aims to use comedy and a sense of play to start a conversation about something that's really not funny. Set in the absurd alternate reality of America in 2018, this satire follows an attempt to stage a gun lobby group's "hip, fun!" musical active shooter drill with high school students.
Created by Tom Reed, creator and/or director of Fringe hits Bite Me Twilight, Parry Hotter, Couple Fight (all four) and last year's Stranger-er Things: Netflix and KILL which the Star Tribune called "Drop dead funny."
