In the kingdom of Hyrule, the wise Princess Zelda finds herself up against a new evil threatening to upend peace and harmony in the land. Seeking to avert this, she enlists the help of a local forest boy, Link, and his partner fairy Navi, to embark on an epic quest to save Hyrule.
Largely inspired by the classic video game "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time," Link and Navi face many perilous challenges while learning the importance of love, loss and friendship. Most of all, they must learn when to persevere in the face of adversity, to the sound of everyone telling them they can't. Zelda must reconcile her role as princess with her oafish king of a father, whose hasty and short-sighted decisions threaten the kingdom at every turn. The "evil" Ganondorf has his own ambitions, but is he truly as bad as he's made out to be? This question will weigh heavily on our heroes' minds as they try to understand the true meaning of peace and justice.
Link and Navi's quest takes them to many strange and unexpected places. From the inside of a tree's mouth to the inside of a giant fish, to challenging a tribe of rock monsters to a dance-off, to fending off zombies in the middle of town square. However, no matter how hard things get, they will always fight - as long as Link can hold his sword.
