The building and theater are both ADA accessible. There are three stairs between the main floor lobby and the upper lobby and theater, and a lift available for any patrons unable to use the stairs.
There are two single-stall all-gender restrooms in the upper lobby.

Parking

Do NOT park in the parking lot next to the theater. Your car will be towed.

Seven Corners Parking Ramp – Mobile Only: Next to the Courtyard Marriott at 1500 S Washington Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55454. To receive theatre discount: 1. Park (remember your license plate #) 2. Come to the Theatre 3. Pay using discount QR Code at the Theatre within 15 minutes
19th Avenue Ramp: Behind the Former Midwest Mountaineering. 300 19th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55455. Enter from South 3rd St.

Surface Pay Lots

Behind Corner Bar. Enter from 15th Ave. (Be sure your receipt is face-up)
Behind Bullwinkle’s Bar: Enter from 15th Ave. Off South 4th Street
Next to 19th Avenue Ramp: Enter from South 3rd Street or Riverside Ave.

Street Metered Parking

There is limited street metered parking close by. NOTE: there may be a 2-hour maximum.

Bus and bike

Closest bus stop is: Cedar Ave S. & Washington Ave S. It's served by lines 7, 22, 118, 252.

Coming by Green Line? Get off at the West Bank Station and take the stairs up to Cedar Ave, walk north on Cedar Ave around the curve and The Southern Theater will be on your right.

Bike parking is available near Town Hall Brewery, on the corner of S Washington Ave, and next to the parking ramp.
