2021 Venues
2021 Independently Produced Show Venues
What is an In-Person Independently Produced Show? Traditionally, Fringe selects, staffs, and manages every venue in the Festival. This year, we could not offer Fringe-managed stages to our producers. Producers willing to follow state & city mandated COVID-19 precautions were able to select any location in the metro to stage their show and join the festivities.
There are no ticket sales at the door - tickets must be purchased in advance up to 11:59pm the day before a production. This helps keep artists and audiences safe.
REMEMBER everyone attending the 2021 Minnesota Fringe Festival needs to purchase a $5 Festival button. This one-time purchase contributes to the cost of planning and running the Festival, so thanks! You will be able to pick up your button from our offices on specific days in July (we'll let you know when). For an extra $3 to cover shipping costs, you can have it mailed to you -- just be sure to add the mailbox to your cart when you are purchasing your buttons.
You will only be able to view and purchase tickets for shows after you have purchased your button. Tickets go on sale in July, but you can purchase your button now.
Tickets for Independently Produced Shows are $13 ($10 tickets + $3 reservation). 50% of the reservation fee for the IPIP performances goes directly to the producer and 50% helps cover the extra administration Fringe provides for those producers.
*Minnesota Fringe is not staffing IPIP venues.
