The Middle Keeps Moving is a new, devised, interdisciplinary work exploring life as a person who has experienced trauma in a society that functions according to linear time. Inspired by the narratives and images of the creative team, this work blends movement, text, and clowning to explore the absurd nature of "recovery," and the experience of living inside trauma to create an abstract world in which time stretches, dilates, and repeats itself.
