Gothic & Fierce
These sisters are veritable powerhouses of raw emotion and dedication to their mystic, yet humanistic arts.

Blinded Me with Science
It's said near the beginning that every show will be different and random everytime, but, I can't help it, I'm pretty sure our audience's was the best. #andihelped

Show: DIVINE/GYPSY

Oh, Mama!
How in the name of MommieDearestChristinaBarbaraPlease did this work so well? It was like crassy, sassy, brassy, side-splitting art!

What if the Pevensie Kids Knew Modern Dance?
Granted, the title of this review may have been inspired by their outfits, the wearing of pajamas, British dance hall rock, and kids being reluctant to become adults, but it's so, so much more than that. I honestly became emo with questions I started asking my younger self, like Why don't you make toys out of cardboard boxes anymore, You used to have soooooo many dressup clothes, Why don't you eat sugary cereal more often, and Remember how awesome it was to pretend a fitted sheet was a parachute instead of having to fold it? All this to say, after this show, you come away wanting to be less of an adult.

Show: Bremner Sings Everything In New Orleans Is A Good Idea
Venue: Barbara Barker Center for Dance
A Little Balbancha, But Up North
As a billet host, I may have a little bias, but I am so incredibly proud of and blown away by Bremner the Baritone. His stories of the far flung past of New Orleans, his family life, taking chances, and betting on himself are well worth the price of admission. Not to mention a mid-show snack!
Company: Fearless Comedy Productions
Show: A Murder on the Great Grimpen Mire Express
Venue: Mixed Blood Theatre
A Drawing Room Farce on a Train
Mysteriously kooky, I'd expect nothing less from (some of) the cast from last year's John Wick play.
Company: an alleged Theatre Company
Show: A First-Class Comedic Revue… Featuring the Reanimated Corpse of a Wright Brother
Venue: Phoenix Theater
The Best Parts of Improv, plus some Hell
Orville has every right to be the featured part of this show, since he's gone through so much as it is. Here's hoping for several more painless reincarnations and Celciuses to come.
