Company: Theatre on the Rocks
Show: A Good Cancer to Have
Venue: Mixed Blood

Emotional, raw, and hilarious

As a fellow young survivor (early stage breast cancer at age 26-woo!), thank you for this, Sam and Leah. I laughed and cried through this whole show. Sam gives audiences an honest view into survivorship and how cancer permenantly alters your perspective on life and love. The dark humor was strikingly relateable as someone who’s been there, and the more emotional moments put into words things I couldn’t.

Company: Melancholics Anonymous
Show: Joan of Arc for Miss Teen Queen USA
Venue: Rarig Stoll Thrust Theatre

Couldn’t stop smiling!

this show was an absolutely delightful romp from start to finish. the acting was strong across the whole ensemble, and it effectively got its message across without being too saccharine or preachy. go see joan slay (literally)!

Company: Aethem Theatre
Show: Grief, It's What's For Dinner
Venue: Open Eye Theatre

What fringe is about

This show is a must-see for fringe 2025! it’s funny and absurd at times, while tackling one of the most complex shared experiences across humanity-grief. i commend the playwright for sharing something so vulnerable and raw, and this show really is proof that art can be so incredibly healing.
