Fun idea for a party, and an audience.
In the 19th century ping-pong was invented. In the 20th century, improv was invented. In the 21st century, Ryan Klima, the pioneer, pressed the two together and changed the world forever. Did he decide to use 5 performances to selfishly put the spotlight on himself? No. He used those 5 performances to highlight the Twin Cities improv community and he did it with style. The suspense of watching people throw tiny balls into solo cups mixed with the pure delight of good improv was exactly what I needed on a Friday night. Don’t read my review here.
