Bad-Ass CulpepperJohn Ervin is the director, writer and producer of seven feature-length and short films, as well as four previous productions for the Fringe. His films include the 1998 tribute to German expressionism, "Made in Berlin", the 2001 sex-comedy road movie "Vixen Highway", the 2004 dominatrix-rehab fable "Proinhibition", the 2013 cocaine-porno concerned-father frolic "Citizen 'Caine" and the 2014 gangster flick set in 1961 Chicago, "The Tiki War." Highlights from John's productions for the Fringe are the 1950's Broadway backroom romp "I Never Knock" and the Elvis-in-Minnesota political comedy "Catfight."
