BlaVATsky!
It takes a few minutes to start making sense but once it does oh ho ho boy! Seriously, though, it's a show that uses movement, sound, light, music, and thoughtful fourth wall breaking to convey the creation and dynamics of visual art. I could go on and on, but it really needs to be experienced.

You really can't go wrong
The storytellers in this community are fantastic and I Am Here certainly has a great cross section of their talents. Just incredible.

Delightful!
Exactly what it says on the tin. Songs! Laffs! Awkward interactions! Made me literally guffaw.
Company: Paper Soul
Show: Boxcutter Harmonica
Venue: Barbara Barker Center for Dance
Nothing short of delightful
Boxcutter Harmonica manages the impossible: it's a madly recursive story of the paths we choose in the pursuit of artistic fulfillment, also a deeply meta commentary on the nature of the play itself, also a sly wink at the Minnesota Fringe as an institution, a business, and a creativity factory. Motz manages to balance all of this while remaining present and funny and connected to the audience. A fulfilling evening of theater.
Company: Wheeler In The Sky
Show: In The Garden Of American Heroes

A one of a kind performer
Andrew Wheeler creates shows that make me want to be a better performer, reader, student, writer, and communicator. He reframes history by exploding myths, questioning motivations, and acting the hell out of all of it. Always a delight to see him on stage. More more more.
Company: Michael Rogers
Show: That Which Is Green
Venue: The Southern Theatre
Absolutely fantastic
Heartfelt, cathartic, funny and expensive. A deep exploration old the grief of the falling away of years and the deep roots we share with others. Really scrapes the raw parts of a long friendship down to the nerves. Also, beautiful beautiful harmonies! 🩷🩷🩷
