Fabulous Fern, Sorry Scorpios

Amber Preston brings the laughs, the tears, and the gasps out of her audience with this one woman, one plant production. Without spoiling the show, she contrasts how society teaches us to behave around the topics of sex, pregnancy, and parenthood, and the reality for many of how that plays out. It is uncomfortably explored and laid bare, and then flipped on its head and gently caressed. Because pregnancy and parenthood are both private and yet so public. She does a masterful job of telling her own story, through drama, standup, song, and audience participation. Don’t miss the absolutely beautiful, fragile, strong, heartbreaking, and uplifting story of FERN.
