Cathartic and Funny

Dawn does not need to compare herself to Piggy in any way, but honestly, it's very fun to watch her do so. She has a warm demeanor, tales of a fulfilled life, and the ability to make us feel nice and safe, but can pull us right back into reality where Piggy still lives and breathes. As a bouffon Piggy, Luke Fanning is sweet and salty, a man/pig you love to hate. With true virtuosity and comedic ability, Luke gives us the chance to laugh at, and with, Piggy himself. It gives me hope that some day, Piggy, too, will die.
