Inspired by imagery from Bob Dylan's song Mr. Tambourine Man, this is a heroine's journey space odyssey with a cast of whimsical characters, large cardboard puppets, and clowning --perfect for ages 5 -105.

Micael Gauger
Director/ Playwright/ Puppet builderMicael Gauger (Bogar) is a clown, activist, and playwright. She works to bring laughter, creativity, & circus together with storytelling, and social justice. Micael has produced two award winning Fringe Shows at the San Francisco Fringe Festival (2015 & 2017). She is a Neo-Futurist alumni, Clowns Without Borders Volunteer, Naked Empire Bouffon performer and trained at Dell'Arte School of Physical Theater. She is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Fulbright Fellow and has an MA in International Peace Studies from American University.
Adam Gauger
Musical Director/ Playwright/ Set DesignAdam Gauger (he/him) is an actor, musician, writer, and visual artist. In the Twin Cities he has worked with History Theater, Theater In The Round, The Old Log Theater, Theater Unbound, and Open Window Theater, as well as in Massachusetts with Shakespeare & Company and The Wharton Salon. He worked with The Redeeming Time Project, teaching theater at Moose Lake Correctional Facility. Being a drummer and percussionist for most of his life, he loves to make music. Adam also plays guitar and piano. Adam studied at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
Drew Pannebecker
MeppsThis is Drew’s first performance in the Fringe, although he worked for the organization for several years previously. He is a graduate of Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre in beautiful Blue Lake, CA. In March, he was understudy for Children’s Theatre Company’s production of Corduroy and both directed and performed with Open Eye Theatre’s Driveway Tour this summer. He is a lover of all things A/V, escape rooms, and ergodic literature.
Gabriella Rosen
KingsleyThis is Gabriella’s first production with the MN Fringe Festival. She is thrilled to be involved in this original production. Gabby is a sophomore pursuing a BFA in acting at Illinois Wesleyan University & has been in a variety of shows throughout the Twin Cities. She wants to shout out the cast and creative team; this show wouldn’t be possible without their collaboration & imagination. She’d also like to thank her family & friends who have supported her theatre journey. Enjoy this silly show!
Amy Walus
ScranchulaAmy Walus is excited to make her MN fringe and puppetry debut! Her previous stage experience includes local improv, stand up, and community theater shows, including Stevie Rays, Roseville Community Theater, Chaska Valley Family Community Theater, Fridley Community Theater, and the Plays the Things Productions. She would like to thank her family and friends who show up every which way to support her theatrical endeavors.
Isabella Spiess
Sargent Barnacle/ Wall of WorkersIsabella (any pronouns) is excited to be participating in their 2nd MN Fringe festival! They are currently a 2nd year in the UMN/Guthrie BFA actor training program. Previously they’ve performed as Eliante in School for Lies at the Guthrie Dowling Studio and at the Children’s Theatre Company in Spamtown, USA as Jude. Amanda Johnson
Mother of Machines / MomAmanda is thrilled to be involved with the Fringe Festival for the first time. Her most recent shows have been with the Eden Prairie Players - Collection of One Acts: Special Edition “Monday Night Chess” and Women’s One Acts “Back Cover”. She attended the University of Minnesota for Theatre Arts and moved onto work for Stages Theatre Company on stage, backstage and in the office. For the past 23 years she has worked in the legal field as a Paralegal in Family Law. Working on this show has been a magical experience!
Zach Sain
Farmer Tidbits/ Lead Zeppelin/ Mr. Audling/ Sleep RecruitZach Sain is a theatre artist and frisbee player living in northeast Minneapolis, he likes stir fry, walking and biking the city, and a good ole fashioned day of video games. Zach has preformed for fearless comedy and weird in public productions, and will be in the upcoming Minnesota renaissance festival.
Georgia McPherson
Claudia/ Zippy Zeppelin/ BugThis is Georgia's first time performing at the Fringe Festival and she is thrilled. Georgia has attended the Children’s Theater summer camp, is a former student of Minnesota Dance Theater and is an avid participant in Minneapolis Parks and Recreation’s Theater Nest program. Aside from her love of theater, Georgia is a member of the Richfield Pirhanas swim club, she’s a prolific visual artist and loves playing with her little brother Theo.
Madeline Jacobs
Stage ManagerMadeline is a local actor, stage manager, and Society of American Fight Directors certified swordswoman. She graduated from Minneapolis Community and Technical College with a degree in theater. Recent acting credits include She Stoops to Conquer with Out of the Mist Celtic Theater and locally produced live-action video game Vagrant Mind. She has been a youth actor supervisor on several productions at The Guthrie Theater, including two seasons of A Christmas Carol.
Braden Joseph
Assistant Director / UnderstudyBraden Joseph (he/him) was put into his first theatre class when he was 4 and he has never looked back. He was born & raised in Wisconsin and went to college at MSU Mankato. Recent previous roles: Con in Stupid F*cking Bird (MSU Mankato), Voice/Creature Puppeteer in Victor Invictus (Phantom Chorus), and Raphael in Honeybee (Wadsworth Theatre Co). Braden is the AD of The Feral Theatre Co. where he directed The Dolls of New Albion, The Awakening of Spring, and Stranger vs The Malevolent Malignancy (MN Fringe 2022).
