Katie Christ
Adapter/DirectorKatie Christ (she/her) has been adapting and directing since her younger siblings were old enough to act out handwritten, color coded scripts of “Rapunzel” on their bunk beds. Based on the original Grimm’s fairy tale. Obviously. To her own (and no one else’s) surprise, she graduated with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Theater and English Literature from UMD in 2020. During that time, she was the dramaturg for "These Shining Lives" and "Dear Finder," and assistant directed "Machinal." For student-run Stage 2 Theater Company, she co-directed "Bucket List: A Cabaret," and directed "Trail to Oregon!," a Starkid musical. Unlike her siblings, who actively avoided being in Katie’s childhood productions, the cast of "Trail to Oregon!" reached out in 2021 to request a revival. Katie and her then-fiancée Della co-founded their production company Small Waves to make that happen in 2022. She would like to thank everyone she’s ever made theater with (including her siblings), because she knows her work is only as good as the human connections that surround it.
Della Christ
Production ManagerDella Christ (she/they) is Montana born, Minnesota trained, and a proud college dropout. Fans might recognize Della from her childhood roles with Missoula Children’s Theatre as Bird in "Hansel & Gretel," and Peasant Boy in "The Pied Piper." When she’s not painting sets or digging through collage ephemera, Della can be found working with Fabric MPLS, where she serves as a Court Jester (read: Youth Director). Della would like to thank the whole "Cyrano" team, but especially her wife Katie, who is and will forever be her favorite creative partner. My love, we did it again!
Julia Amundson
Stage ManagerJulia Amundson is a Minneapolis based artist with extensive experience in all aspects of theater. She received her Bachelor’s in Theater Arts from Metropolitan State University in 2022. Her recent stage management credits include "Vasa Lisa" (Ten Thousand Things and Theater Underground) and "King John" (Thin Air Theater). She is currently a lighting designer for St. Joan of Arc, designing for their annual tribute concert series and events. Outside of theater, Julia is an educator working with youth in classroom settings and OST programs.
