I liked the production design and music, and the performances were fine, but I disliked the script. The pace was uneven and the plot was unfocused, and there were a few things that might make the show unnecessarily disturbing for children: 1. The teenage protagonist repeatedly says the word "kidnapping" when she first meets the other main character. 2. There are two instances of adults visiting the teenager in her bedroom: first her teacher visits her (while supervised by her mom) and then another character sneaks into her bedroom at night and wakes her up while trying to steal something. 3. They repeatedly use a shrink ray shaped like a cartoony toy gun, including pointing it at the protagonist; it's not a realistic prop gun, but it would have worked just as well to use something more like a remote control. For what it's worth, the 5 and 8 year-olds who I brought to see the show seemed to enjoy it more than I did, and the cast seemed to be having a good time too.

Best live staging of Fargo I've ever seen
This was perfect. The casting, performances, accents, music, and staging were all top-notch. It moves at a faster pace than the movie and somehow I actually found it easier to follow, and there is something special about the restraint shown in this adaptation: A surefire way to make a crowd-pleasing Fringe show is make a movie parody or mashup, but this adaptation shines a new light on the source material just by focusing on the movie's dialogue and casting people to play the snowstorms.

Lots of Good Fun!
This show is fast-paced with lots of laughs. The three performers seamlessly morphed between roles and it was fun watching the rapid switches near the end. The energy was playful and inclusive, and every joke landed. See this show!
