Gabriel Shen (they/them) is overjoyed to be directing their first Fringe Festival show with such an incredible cast and crew (and their younger sister, Simone!). They wrote Death! A Musical last year, and did a small performance in the Kilburn Theater of the UMN Rarig Center. They have been part of four shows at The Blake School, where they are a rising 8th grader.
Mila Lowin
Choreographer
Mila Lowin is 13 years old and has been working with TCYT since 2024. They have been dancing since they were six and choreographing since they were nine. Their favorite styles include contemporary ballet, musical theater, and hot jazz. When they aren’t dancing or watching shows about dance, you can find them listening to Stray Kids, Tate McRae, Clairo, BLACKPINK, and Katseye or writing songs.
Audrey Cornforth

Audrey Cornforth is happy to be back for Death! A Musical’s second year. Audrey has participated in 4 productions at The Blake School and is a rising ninth grader. Audrey suggests that you should listen to Will Wood because he is a great music artist and is really cool… listen to Will Wood.

Leo Karnas is very excited to participate in Death! A Musical for the second year running. He has participated in multiple productions at The Blake School, where he will be an eighth grader starting this year. If this is anything like last year’s performance, he will have an amazing time.
Lulou McGinley
God (Higher Being)/Devil/Ensemble
Lulou McGinley is 12 years old and has been in multiple plays, including The Logic Pit, The Music Man, Matilda, and Something Rotten, Jr., through the Twin Cities Theater Camp. She also acted in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever at The Park Square Theater in downtown St. Paul. When she isn't acting, Lulou is found either writing, reading, baking, or hanging out with her friends.
Simone Shen
Ensemble
Simone Shen is very excited to be in Death. This is her first performance outside of school. Last year, in 5th grade, she played the role of Uriko in Camp Uta Haggen at The Blake School. In her free time, she enjoys spending time playing with her friends and playing volleyball.
Vivienne Steele
Alana Hemming
Vivienne Steele (she/her) is ecstatic to be cast as Alana Hemming in Death! A Musical! She was in Death! last year and is so happy to be in it again. She loves theater and has big hopes for it in her future. She has been in many Blake School productions and has grown her love for theater there. She hopes you have a wonderful time watching death and thanks you for coming to watch her perform!
Ada Steiner
Death
Ada Steiner is super excited to be performing in Death! A Musical. She didn’t have time to participate in last year’s performance and was surprised she was cast as Death. Ada screamed a lot when she found out her role and ran around the house 3 times. She even told her cats! She has performed in 4 shows at Blake and several at summer camps. She hopes you enjoy the show.

Gryffin Conigliaro (They/Them) is so excited to be performing in the fringe festival for the first time. They play flute in the pit orchestra as well as several other instruments with their school band. They enjoy marching band and working in all aspects of theater from acting to tech to playing in the pit.
Harper Dupont
Cello
Harper Dupont (they/them) has been playing cello for eight years and is excited to be playing in their first theatrical production. They played in the Capitol Hill orchestra from first to seventh grade, before transferring to Hidden River and playing in that orchestra for a year. Harper swims for the Central HS swim team, loves to read long books, play DnD, and is obsessed with all things raptors (the birds).

Charlotte Nawrocki (she/her)is super excited to be a part of Death! A musical. This will be her first pit orchestra experience. She has been playing cello for almost five years, and has previously participated in MYS string orchestra and Hidden River Middle School orchestra. Charlotte enjoys doing crosswords, running, and hanging out with her younger sister and two dogs. She is a rising ninth grader at Central High School.
Rory Power

Rory Power (they/them) has been an avid music maker since before they could talk. They're a rising 7th grader who plays flute and electric bass in the band at Andersen United Middle School and are excited to grow their skills with music theater. Rory also enjoys baking, playing video games with friends, and walks around the neighborhood and on local hiking trails.
Adalyn Western

Adalyn Western is thrilled to be a part of Death! A Musical. She has never played in a pit orchestra before but has had previous experience with orchestral performances. She plays percussion at school where she is also in the jazz band and percussion ensemble. Adalyn also sings with Angelica Cantanti Youth Choirs and will be returning this fall as an 8th grader. When not doing her various musical activities, she can be found playing games with her friends, reading, or writing.
Kacen Yang

Kacen Yang (he/him) is super excited to be a part of death! A musical. As the main violinist, he has made many performances and a solo at his school, E-stem Middle. He loves to practice and play music for his loved ones to show who he is as a person. Other things he likes to do are drawing and being creative.
Katrin Wenz

Katrin Wenz (she/they) is excited to be playing trumpet in the pit for Death! A Musical. This is her first time in the pit for a show and first time at the Fringe Festival, but she has been on stage acting in many performances. She has done several shows with the Lake Harriet Players, and 6 shows with her middle school and high school. She will be a senior at Southwest High School this fall.
Jasmine Rajpurohit

Hello, my name is Jasmine! I am thirteen years old and play the clarinet. I enjoy art and always bring my sketchbook and a pencil with me. I'm a bit shy when it comes to meeting new people but I open up pretty quickly. I've played in eight concerts in total for school. (Two in 5th grade, two in 6th grade, and four in 7th grade.) I really like Kpop, specifically ENHYPEN. I'm a chill person and enjoy hanging out with my friends. I like cats. I'm very unserious so please don't be concerned if I randomly start laughing. My favorite color is green. My pronouns are she/her. I'd like to give a shout out to my best friend, Lucia Bokde! We are literally like peanut butter and jelly so yeah ;)

Hello, my name is Lucia Bokde! I am thirteen years old and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I play the clarinet in my school band. I enjoy listening to music, drawing, dancing, and hanging out with my friends. I like listening to K-pop, specifically LE SSERAFIM and ATEEZ. I am a bit shy when meeting new people, but it doesn't take long for me to open up. I have played in eight concerts in total, starting from my first concert in 5th grade to my most recent one in 7th grade. I am hoping to take up singing and piano as well as continuing to play the clarinet.
