The 21st Avenue Ramp: Enter on 21st Avenue, near the corner of S. 4th Street. Covered parking available, handicap spaces available, accepts credit cards and cash. Fees determined by UMN Parking & Transportation Services. Weekdays 9:00AM-3:00PM rate at $3/hour. All other times $1/hour up to $13 maximum. Event parking is at the discretion of the University of Minnesota and will charge parking at a higher rate.
